Do you sell items wholesale to vendors?

Unfortunately, we do not sell items wholesale, our business focuses on customizable articles of clothing and other desirables.

How long is the processing time for my order?

Each item listed on our website will have an estimated processing time in the description. Please read over this information prior to making a purchase to ensure it will fit your needs.

How many days does it take for me to receive my order?

It depends on the items processing time and postal service shipping times. (EX: A wristband takes 1 to 3 days to process. It ships via USPS First Class Mail and takes approximately 3 to 5 days to be delivered.)

My order arrived damaged, what are the next steps?

If the item is received damaged or in any way defective, we will allow for exchanges and refunds as long as the item is returned. Please review the return policy page at the bottom of the page.

Are you currently hiring?

Which organizations do you currently hold a license for?

We currently hold licenses for Phi Beta Sigma, Kappa Alpha Psi, Iota Phi ThetaOmega Psi Phi, Zeta Phi Beta, Delta Sigma Theta, and Sigma Gamma Rho

Where is my package?

Unfortunately, the only information we have regarding your package is the tracking number. Once your order has been shipped with the carrier, they are able to provide more information to you regarding the status.

We are not responsible for delays, undeliverable, or stolen packages.

Mail insurance is provided for packages shipped via USPS Priority Mail, UPS, and FedEx (packages up to $100 in declared value). Due to staffing shortages with USPS, UPS, and FedEx, there are possibilities of delays.

Although we are not responsible for lost/stolen/undeliverable packages, we will be glad to help in any way we can. Please use the contact form and we will be in contact with you regarding your concerns. Additional insurance is also available to purchase.
