Returns

Returns are allowed on in-stock items within 14 days of the order being marked as “delivered” by the shipping carrier. The items must not be worn, washed, personalized, or damaged in order to receive a full refund. The refund will be issued in the same manner that the original payment was made. Cash refunds are given for cash sales only.

Without a receipt or after 14 days, exchanges or store credits may be allowed at The Greek Cafe, LLC discretion.

The Greek Café ships via UPS, USPS, and FedEx. We do send out tracking information immediately after the order is fulfilled. Please be aware that shipping cost are subject to vary depending on order size. 

All sales are final on custom and personalized orders. These orders are customized specifically for you according to your instructions and vision. These products are not eligible to be returned or exchanged. Please review custom orders carefully.

All sales are final on clearance and discounted items.
